Confirm the branch, named stylist, tier and cut category when booking. Ask whether consultation, shampoo, blow-dry and finishing are included and whether length, texture, product removal or restyling changes the total. Colour, treatments and gratuity are separate decisions; request the pre-tax total before adding services.
